1. What This Platform Is

Unveiled Muse is a platform for sharing and discovering real weddings with budget transparency, inspiration, and planning insights.

You represent and warrant that you either own the User Content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to submit it and to grant the license described below. This includes permission from photographers or any other third parties who may hold rights to the content.

By submitting User Content, you grant Unveiled Muse a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, reproduce, modify for formatting purposes, distribute, and promote your content in connection with operating and growing the platform.

This includes, but is not limited to displaying your content on the website, featuring your content in search and discovery experiences, sharing your content on social media platforms, and using your content in marketing, promotional materials, and advertising.

You acknowledge that your content may be publicly visible and shared as part of the platform experience.

We may remove or limit visibility of content that violates laws, infringes on rights, is inappropriate, or does not align with the purpose of the platform.

4. Platform Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have rights to
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation

5. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, features, and underlying technology are the property of Unveiled Muse.

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to the license granted above.

6. Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time as we continue to build and improve the experience.

7. Disclaimer

The platform is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user submitted content, or uninterrupted access to the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unveiled Muse is not liable for:

• User submitted content
• Any loss or damages resulting from use of the platform
• Decisions made based on content found on the platform
